New Online Booking System

At long last, the Long Buckby Community Centre our proud to announce that our brand new booking system is now LIVE! You can access it here: https://lbcc.lemonbooking.com/

We have long heard the feedback from our community and users that our previous room booking process was not straightforward or easily accessible given it involved filling in a complex form and/or offline communications with our bookings secretary.

So with this in mind we set about looking for a new, improved and better way to do this given its a core part of what we offer our community. To that end we are very pleased to share that our new online booking system is now live and ready to be used.

All our existing regular hirers have already been slowly, over the past few months, transferred over to our new system but we want to now make it fully public so anyone who wishes to use the centre, is able to do so quickly and easily by placing a booking online.

It also has allowed us to retain the paper booking form format so for any of those in the community who don't feel comfortable using the online system, can still continue to fill in our new paper booking form and liaise with our bookings secretary who will of course will continue to be here to assist you with any centre booking needs.

The great thing too is this new system allows us to take online payments which means its easier than ever to secure your booking with us. Plus its expandable and will allow us to do additional things like sell tickets for events as well as take card payments for bookings in the centre itself (more on this to come). In the future it can be enabled to control the buildings heating to ensure any bookings which are made our rooms are then sufficiently ready for the customer's booking and so much more!
